Projekt FELM II
Mobile labour mobility and posting of EU and third-country workers in the EU has become a structural segment of national labour markets in all EU Member States. However, these workers face the risk of being pushed into extreme labour exploitation or unfavourable working conditions. They face massive problems to assert, let alone enforce, their rights.
Against this background, Fair European Labour Mobility (FELM2) operates trade union advice centres for posted workers in the sending countries Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Slovenia which work closely with the trade union advice centre network in the receiving countries Germany and Austria. The coordination team in Germany is responsible for project management and network activities.
